The Riwa Fort also known as Kala Quilla or Black Fort was built by the British. The fort lies in Dharavi and has been completely encroached upon by slums.

Bombay Castle

The Manor House built in 1540 by Garcia de Orta during the rule of the Portuguese was later redeveloped into The Bombay Castle by the British in 1680.
